A. To make a booking on our website, head over to our homepage and select your ‘PICK UP’ and ‘DROP OFF destination. You will also need to specify whether this will be a return journey and also enter the number of people who will be travelling in your given trip.

You will then be presented with an estimated quote and can proceed to place your booking and enter your pick up/drop off location.

Please note, if you would like to add ‘Via’ points to your journey then we will need to adjust your quote accordingly, please call us on 0777 0777 631 to confirm

A. We accommodate for a large range of long distance journeys to and from the Leicester but not all of these are listed in our booking system. If a quote does not show up for your journey or you cannot select your required journey from our website then please contact us on 0777 0777 631 for a tailored quote.

A. You can pay by either cash (each way or both ways on arrival or return), or debit /credit card (charges may apply)

A. Yes, during your booking you will need to provide the addresses of any additional pick up points. Please be aware this may adjust your final quoted price

A. Yes. We are licenced by the public carriage office under Licence Number: 000000.

A. Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

The driver will contact you once your flight has landed and will arrange a meeting point with you

A. Having ensured that you have correctly followed the 247 airport transfer & long distance instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation.

A. We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.

A. Yes, you may pay by card in advance.

A. Yes, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If your transfer is within 24 hours from the time of booking, please call us for quick confirmation.

A. The earlier the better. However, 48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.
